You people can help fix this mess just do these 3 easy steps.
First you can recycle anything that's recyclable. So you can save plants and not litter at the same time. Next you can throw away any trash you see on the ground or in you have right now. so the environment has no trash anywhere and nothing is polluted. Finally you can help stop pollution from happening is to spread the word to people even your family. so they can do these steps to and stop pollution.

The effects of pollution

The pollution in our community is mostly from litterbugs, and makes the streets look like trash cans. This is such a problem because it is bad because because when it rains the trash is going to the ocean. Its a big problem in the pacific islands because the trash just adds to the plastic vortex.
We have a lot of problems with pollution and these are it. Without this problem we would have non-littered streets and oceans. The things that might happen in the future would we would have a trashy ocean, and the world would look like the city in Wall-e. There have been some personal changes from this problem like some places I can't swim and there is a lot of trash and chemicals in the ocean.

What the problem is:

Pollution is a problem in the pacific islands for everyone in the world.
They are slowly destroying the environment so its good to help . They also dump trash in the oceans killing many fishes. Some people also dump harmful chemicals into the environment. And there are litterbugs too (you know who you are!). These are why pollution is a Huge problem.
When they dump trash, chemicals, Etc stuff like this happens. There is a large build up of trash like this. It kills many fish that breathe the contaminated water. And destroys natural habitats in the pacific islands. Some people also eat the fish and get sick from contaiminated fish that survive.
